Pricing
In order to provide transparency to our clients regarding the fees associated with each case, we have outlined a comprehensive breakdown of our services below. Our pricing structure caters to a wide range of cases, from the simplest to the most complex, which may involve intricate leaseholder agreements and HMO licenses.
For a 40-minute consultation, our fee is £140 (+ applicable VAT), while a 60-minute consultation will cost £210 (+ applicable VAT). During this meeting, one of our experienced solicitor will discuss your specific circumstances with you in confidence.
Disbursement (not included in our pricing):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties.
- Court fees
- Council fees
- In some occasions, we involve third parties to generate certain reports.
Services included
Taking down your full instruction; we will consider all the applicable legislation, policy and any case law that will need to be taken into account in to your case; we will finally have a detailed discussion to advise on your options and merits of success in your case.
This will involve the perusal of documentation including tenancy agreements, communications between parties, agency contracts and detailed chronologies.
Key stages / timescales
The time that it takes from taking your initial instructions to the final resolution of your matter depends largely on the stage at which your case is resolved. If a settlement is reached during pre-claim conciliation, your case is likely to take 4-8 weeks. If your dispute is involved with a court hearing, your case is likely to take at least 6 months. This is just an estimate and we will of course be able to give you a more accurate timescale once we have more information and as the matter progresses.

Mr. Jitesh Vrajlal Thakrar

Mr. Thakar deals with various areas of law including, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Family and Wills & Probate. He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has been in private practice for over 40 years. He specializes in immigration, family matter residential conveyancing including purchases and sales and also deals with commercial shop leases and residential lease extensions. Mr. Thakar provides an excellent personalised approach to every client, drawing on his profound knowledge and experience and applying both to each and every case. He is now a consultant solicitor.
He is well known in the Middlesex community among local estate agents, Charities and various organisation.
Mr. Fahmy Mohideen Bawa Mohamed – Qualified solicitor with many years of experience. Qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 at the BPP School. Mr. Fahmy is the director of this firm. Mr. Fahmy has for more than 10 years experience, practised as a solicitor and is experienced in the UK immigration and asylum. He specialises in commercial work, family law, wills and probate, Employment matter, lasting powers of attorney and private client work and Landlord and Tenant matter. Mr. Fahmy prides himself in his ability to create lasting relationships by listening to his clients, providing honest and straightforward advice as a priority. He is involved in various community, charity work and other related social activities.
