From the outset, we will be happy to advise you as to what the likely costs will be. It is our aim to provide you with quality legal services at fees which are both fair and reasonable.

| Representing you up to and including the First Directions Appointment Hearing | Parties cooperate in meeting court deadlines, disclosure takes place, instructing counsel, advising and assisting up to hearing | £3,000 to £4,500 plus VAT | |
VAT and Disbursements are payable in addition to charges
Disbursement (not included in our pricing):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. The costs mentioned above do not include disbursements which can include;
- Court fee to issue divorce petition: £550
- Court fee to file an answer: £245
- Court fee for consent order: £50
- Court fee for application for financial order (other than by consent): £255
- Counsel fee will be additional

Mr. Jitesh Vrajlal Thakrar

Mr. Fahmy Mohideen Bawa Mohamed – Qualified solicitor with many years of experience. Qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 at the BPP School. Mr. Fahmy is the director of this firm. Mr. Fahmy has for more than 10 years experience, practised as a solicitor and is experienced in the UK immigration and asylum.
