|Undefended Divorce||Parties agreement, cooperation, valid addresses, no attendance at court, original Marriage Certificate provided, no child aspects, no financial aspects||£1,000 plus VAT|
|Defended Divorce||Preparation and representation during the course of defended proceedings, Advising the assisting throughout, instructing counsel for hearing.||£2,500 to £5,500 plus VAT|
|Preparation of a Consent Order||Terms of agreement have already been agreed between the parties.||£1,100 to £2,200 plus VAT|
|Preperation of a Consent Order (post negotiation)||Terms of settlement are agreed after disclosure and negotiation between parties, with both parties cooperating and without Court proceedings.||£3,000 plus VAT|
|Representing you up to and including the First Directions Appointment Hearing||Parties cooperate in meeting court deadlines, disclosure takes place, instructing counsel, advising and assisting up to hearing||£3,000 to £4,500 plus VAT|
VAT and Disbursements are payable in addition to charges

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. The costs mentioned above do not include disbursements which can include;
- Court fee to issue divorce petition: £550
- Court fee to file an answer: £245
- Court fee for consent order: £50
- Court fee for application for financial order (other than by consent): £255
- Counsel fee will be additional
- Consideration of the evidence
- Taking of your instructions
- Preparing the divorce petition
- Filing the same documents such as case summary, chronology, schedule of assets

We have three members of the team who may work on your matter:
Mr. Jitesh Vrajlal Thakrar
Mr. Thakar deals with various areas of law including, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Family and Wills & Probate. Mr. Fahmy Mohideen Bawa Mohamed – Qualified solicitor with many years of experience. Qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 at the BPP School. Mr. Fahmy is the director of this firm. Mr. Fahmy has for more than 10 years experience, practised as a solicitor and is experienced in the UK immigration and asylum. He specialises in commercial work, family law, wills and probate, Employment matter, lasting powers of attorney and private client work and Landlord and Tenant matter.
