A mobile phone accessories boss who employed illegal workers across Northern Ireland is to repay nearly £100,000 in assets, the Court of Appeal has heard.

Judges rejected Shakir Ullah’s challenge to the confiscation order being increased by almost £40,000.

The 40-year-old, originally from Pakistan, ran 11 merchandising stalls at shopping centres throughout Northern Ireland.
